Angela Reginato

Angela Reginato grew up in California, Mexico, and Italy during the 1970s and ’80s. Originally trained as an architect at the University of California, Berkeley, Reginato’s work explores the use of place in the construction of memory. Her films have screened at the MadCat International Film Festival for the last three years and her short, Contemplando la Ciudad, has screened in San Francisco, Mexico City, London, at the 2006 Rotterdam International Film Festival, and the National Museum for Women in the Arts. She is a recipient of a Creative Capital artist fellowship.
